This standard specifies the ion chromatography method for determining ammonia in the mainstream smoke of cigarettes.
This standard is applicable to the determination of ammonia in the mainstream smoke of cigarettes. The detection limit of ammonia in the mainstream smoke of cigarettes determined by this method is 0.33 μg/cigarette, and the quantitative limit is 1.09 μg/cigarette.
