Scope
This document specifies the sample size and test procedures for the longitudinal tensile test of the circular cross-sectional metal samples of fusion welded joints to determine their mechanical properties.
This document is applicable to all metal material products manufactured by all fusion welding methods and whose joint sizes can be made into circular cross-sectional samples according to ISO 68921.
