Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection, batching and sampling, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of non-silicone release materials used for covering flexible circuit boards.
This standard applies to non-silicone release papers and films used for flexible circuit boards with PEK (laminated paper) as the substrate and PET as the substrate, which are mainly used in the electronics industry, such as the manufacture of flexible circuit boards.
