Scope

This document describes the clinical diagnostic methods, etiological diagnostic methods, and immunological diagnostic methods for animal brucellosis, and stipulates the requirements for comprehensive diagnosis.
This document is applicable to the detection of brucellosis in herds, the detection of brucellosis in individual animals, the implementation of eradication programs, the diagnosis of suspected or clinical cases, and the monitoring of population prevalence, etc.
