Scope
GB/T 37977的本部分规定了用于模拟机器模型（MM）的静电放电（ESD）电流波形和用于产生和验证这些波形的设备的基本要求。
本部分适用于在一般试验方法中所用的，以及在材料、电子元器件、组件或产品的ESD敏感度试验或性能评估试验中使用的MM ESD电流波形。这些MM ESD电流波形在不通电半导体器件中的特定应用由IEC 60749-27规定。
