This document specifies the terms and definitions of competency evaluation for project management professionals, the dimensions of competency evaluation, the five levels of competency classification, the core competency requirements corresponding to each competency level, the method of competency evaluation, and the results and applications of competency evaluation.
This document is applicable to various organizations (hereinafter referred to as "organizations") such as enterprises, institutions, government agencies, and social groups, and to individuals engaged in project management work in various industries.
