Scope

This document specifies the spectral characteristics of various defects detected by visual inspection with industrial endoscopes (hereinafter referred to as endoscopes).
This document is applicable to using endoscope reference spectra to evaluate the internal structure and surface morphological characteristics of metal or non-metal parts of industrial products, as well as indirectly visualized surface defects.
Note: The spectra provided in this document serve as a reference for evaluating defect images. By comparing actual photos with the reference spectra, the morphological characteristics of the defects can be analyzed and assessed.
