Scope

This procedure is applicable to the initial verification, subsequent verification, and in-use inspection of four-probe resistivity testers with a measurement range of 10-3 Ω·cm to 103 Ω·cm. It is also applicable to certain multi-functional four-probe resistivity testers or testers that can only measure the square resistance of four probes. The measurement range of square resistance is 10-2 Ω/ to 104 Ω/.
This procedure is not applicable to the verification of two-probe, three-probe, six-probe, and square four-probe resistivity testers.
