This document specifies the basic operational requirements for the isolation and purification of fecal bacterial samples derived from donor feces under the conditions of clean laboratories at a biosafety level of 2 and above.
This document is applicable to the preparation, washing, and purification of fecal bacterial samples in clean laboratories of hospitals approved by the state.
