Scope
This standard specifies the content of safety evaluation and the requirements for the preparation of reports in the feasibility study phase of onshore oil and gas pipeline construction projects. This standard applies to newly built, reconstructed, and expanded onshore oil and gas pipelines within the territory of the People's Republic of China. This standard does not apply to submarine oil and gas pipelines, urban gas pipelines, oil and gas field gathering and transportation pipelines, aviation fuel pipelines in airports, and inter-plant and intra-plant oil and gas pipelines in petrochemical enterprises.
