Scope

This standard specifies the models, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of high-altitude high-voltage frequency converter devices (hereinafter referred to as the device). This standard applies to frequency converter devices with a rated input voltage range of AC 3 kV to 10 kV, an output voltage range of AC 0 to 1.1 times the rated input voltage, a rated input frequency of 50 Hz, and an output frequency of 5 Hz to 60 Hz, used in areas with an altitude of no more than 2,000 m, and are mainly used for fans, water pumps, and other loads with variable pressure and flow, or similar AC loads.
