Scope

This standard specifies the photoemission spectrometry method for determining the content of lead, cadmium, iron, copper, tin, aluminum, and magnesium in zinc and zinc alloys.
This standard is applicable to the analysis of zinc and zinc alloy products. The measurement ranges of each element are shown in Table 1.
