Scope

This document specifies the grades, manufacturing, technical requirements, inspection rules, and markings, certificates of conformity, packaging, transportation, and storage of wear-resistant white cast iron parts (hereinafter referred to as "castings"), and describes the corresponding test methods.
This document is applicable to the production, inspection, application, procurement, and delivery acceptance of wear-resistant white cast iron parts subject to abrasive wear in industries such as mining, metallurgy, building materials, power, construction, shipping, chemical engineering, and machinery. Wear-resistant white cast iron parts for other working conditions shall be implemented in accordance with this document.
