This document specifies the method for determining the apparent viscosity of engine oil using the cold start simulator (CCS) method.
This document is applicable to the determination of engine oil with a temperature range of -10 ℃ to -35 ℃ and an apparent viscosity of 900 mPa·s to 25,000 mPa·s.
