Scope
This standard specifies the method for determining aspartame in food. This standard is applicable to the determination of aspartame in carbonated beverages, dairy beverages, concentrated fruit juices, and solid beverages. When the sample weighs 5 g, the dispensing volume is 25 mL, and the injection volume is 10 μL, the detection limit of the method is 0.002 g/kg, the quantification limit is 0.006 g/kg, and the linear range of the method is 5.0 μg/mL to 100 μg/mL.
