Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies that the application scope of PVCO pipes and fittings is in the main and branch pipes of buried and ground pressurized water supply and irrigation systems that are not directly exposed to sunlight.
According to this standard, the pipeline system mainly refers to the transportation of pressurized cold water with a temperature not exceeding 45℃, including drinking water and water with ordinary requirements. It can also be used in some special fields, such as: situations with impact loads and pressure fluctuations, with a pressure rating not exceeding 2.5 MPa.
The pipe fittings made from other materials involved in this standard shall comply with the provisions of this standard, and shall also comply with the current national standards of the corresponding countries.
