GB 4706.58-2010 Household and similar electrical appliances—Safety—Particular requirements for water-bed heaters

Scope

The chapter of GB 4706.1—2005 is replaced by the following content:
This part of GB 4706 specifies the safety of electric water bed heaters and their related control components for household and similar purposes, with a rated voltage not exceeding 250V.
Appliances that are not intended for general household use but may still pose a danger to the public, such as those intended for use in hotels, are also within the scope of this part.
The common hazards associated with the various appliances covered by this part are ones that all people in and around residential areas may encounter.
