Scope

This document is applicable to the centralized monitoring and management systems for communication power supplies, air conditioning, and environments independently set up by communication bureaus (stations), as well as the monitoring system networks of different scales built on this basis. When using the dry contact transmission provided by communication network elements to network the monitoring system, except for the transmission networking method, other functions shall comply with the provisions of this document.
