This document applies to the on-site technical review in the general procedures of qualification accreditation for inspection and testing institutions, including initial review, extension review, re-inspection and certificate replacement review, and change review. The on-site verification procedures for qualification accreditation of inspection and testing institutions shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions.
