Scope

Main Technical Content: 4. Site Environment 4.1 The site should meet the requirements of NY/T 391, with convenient irrigation and ventilation, clean soil and water sources, and being far from the “three wastes” pollution sources of industrial and mining enterprises. 4.2 A dedicated site for cultivation substrate processing should be set up. After cultivation, timely clean up waste substrate and topsoil, and disinfect the mushroom cultivation site. 5. Facilities and Equipment 5.1 Cultivation facilities may include greenhouses, sunlit greenhouses, and factory-style mushroom growing rooms. These facilities should have multi-layer bed frames with a width of 1.1–1.2 m, a spacing of 60–70 cm between layers, a floor height of 30 cm, and aisles of 80–120 cm. 5.2 Cultivation equipment should include environmental control devices for temperature, humidity, and CO2 concentration to ensure safe year-round production. 6. Cultivation Season 6.1 Under natural conditions, the sowing temperature should be 10–30 °C, with 15–25 °C being ideal. 6.2 If equipped with environmental control devices, the temperature can be maintained at 10–28 °C for year-round production. 7. Production Technology 7.1 Select strains with fast germination, strong resistance, high yield, and good marketability. The quality of the strains should meet the requirements of NY/T 1742. 7.2 Production Materials 7.2.1 Main and auxiliary raw materials should meet the requirements of NY/T 1935. Available cultivation materials include: rice straw, rice husk, wheat straw, broadleaf tree sawdust, corn stalks, corn cobs, peanut stems, peanut shells, bean straw, and mushroom residue. 7.2.2 Water for cultivation material preparation and mushroom management should meet the requirements of GB 5749. 7.2.3 Topsoil materials should meet the requirements of NY/T 1935. They should have good clod structure, strong water absorption and retention, and be free from pathogens and pests. 7.3 Cultivation
