Scope

本文件规定了电站阀门的参数与型号、订货要求、一般要求、压力温度额定值、设计、材料、制造、检验、试验和验收、标志、涂漆、包装、供货和储运、交付文件、安装、调试与维修要求。
本文件适用于法兰、螺纹和焊接端连接的铸造、锻造和组焊阀门的设计、制造与验收,包括截止阀、闸阀、堵阀、止回阀、安全阀、泄放阀、调节阀、减压阀、减温减压阀、节流阀、给水分配阀、排污阀、快速启闭阀、蝶阀、球阀、循环泵出口阀、闭锁阀、高加三通阀、抽汽逆止阀等火力发电机组用阀门,其参数范围为:
a)压力级别小于或等于PN 800,最高工作温度小于或等于430 ℃;
b)压力级别Class 150至Class 4500;
c)工作压力小于或等于38.5 MPa,最高工作温度小于或等于625 ℃;
d)工作压力小于或等于16 MPa,最高工作温度小于或等于648 ℃。
其他蒸汽参数机组、工业锅炉、余热锅炉和其他特种设备上用的阀门可参照采用。
