This document stipulates the construction requirements, entry matters, window setting, personnel requirements, and system construction requirements for the enterprise (government affairs) service centers of model industrial parks (hereinafter referred to as "service centers"). This document is applicable to the construction, operation, and management of enterprise (government affairs) service centers in economic development zones, industrial parks, modern agricultural parks (bases), free trade zones, and other similar parks at the provincial level and above.
