Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of after-sales evaluation of e-commerce products, the evaluation criteria for consumers (users) of the after-sales service provided by manufacturers (sellers); it stipulates the general requirements for after-sales service of goods purchased via the Internet, and defines the elements and indicators of after-sales evaluation of e-commerce products.
This standard applies to the evaluation of after-sales service of all types of Internet marketing activities; it covers the evaluation criteria for after-sales service of goods or services marketed relying on after-sales service of goods.
This standard does not apply to the special after-sales service requirements of professional products; it does not apply to the evaluation criteria for after-sales service of bank payment, travel and air ticket booking, insurance, TV shopping, telephone shopping, phone card business, and intangible goods.
