Scope

This part of GB/T 38153 specifies the preparation method of test samples for liquid water-based or solvent-based inks that can be used in flexographic printing or gravure printing. These test samples are mainly used for optical testing, such as gloss, color, transparency, and reflection density. Whether it's printing inks and/or substrates, they can be used to test their resistance to light, chemicals, physical factors, and mechanical properties. This also includes radiation-curing flexographic printing inks with higher viscosity. This part is not applicable to inkjet printing inks.
