Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of the standard system for administrative service centers, the composition of the standard system for administrative service centers, the table of the standard system for administrative service centers, the basic content of the standard system, the structure and writing rules of the standards, the standard number, and the standard-setting procedures. This standard applies to administrative service centers in prefecture-level cities and counties (cities and districts) (hereinafter referred to as "centers"), and other administrative service agencies may also refer to it for use.
