GBZ/T(卫生) 249-2014 Method of dose estimation using chromosome translocation with fluorescence in situ hybridization
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the technical method for estimating the biological dose of people exposed to external ionizing radiation by analyzing the chromosomal translocations in peripheral blood lymphocytes using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).
This standard applies to the staining method of chromosomes directly labeled with monochrome fluorescein probes. It is suitable for retrospective dose estimation of people exposed to external radiation within 10 years, with doses ranging from 0.2 Gy to 5 Gy, and who received acute whole-body uniform or nearly uniform exposure. It can also be used for estimating the biological dose of people exposed to excessive external radiation.
This standard is not applicable to chronic occupational radiation exposure, non-uniform exposure, internal radiation, or acute radiation exposure with doses greater than 5 Gy or occurring more than 10 years ago.
