Scope
This part of GB/T 7755 specifies the methods for determining the gas permeability and gas permeation coefficient of vulcanized rubber or thermoplastic rubber under the condition of equal pressure on both sides of the sample and a concentration difference, using gas chromatography detection (Method A) and coulometry detection (Method B).
This part is applicable to vulcanized rubber or thermoplastic rubber with a hardness of not less than 35 IRHD (International Rubber Hardness).
