GB/T 10180-2017 Thermal performance test code for industrial boilers

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, symbols and units, general principles, test preparation, test requirements, measurement items, and test instruments used in the thermal performance tests of industrial boilers. It also outlines the calculation of boiler thermal efficiency and the preparation of test reports.
This standard applies to thermal performance tests of solid fuel boilers, liquid fuel boilers, gas fuel boilers, and electric heating boilers with a rated pressure of less than 3.8 MPa and a medium of water or liquid-phase organic heat carriers.
It can be used as a reference for oilfield steam injection boilers, waste heat utilization devices or equipment (except for flue-type waste heat boilers), and boilers with a steam pressure of not less than 3.8 MPa and a steam temperature of less than 450 ℃.
