1.0.1 This specification is formulated to standardize the commissioning work of units in thermal power generation construction projects and improve the quality of unit handover. 1.0.2 This specification stipulates the specific scope, main content, working procedures, and basic methods of commissioning work in thermal power generation construction projects. 1.0.3 This specification applies to new, expanded, and renovated thermal power generation construction projects. 1.0.4 In addition to complying with this specification, the commissioning work of units in thermal power generation construction projects shall also comply with the provisions of relevant national standards currently in force.
