Scope
This document specifies the general requirements, functional requirements, performance requirements, and safety requirements for the operation and control system of the configuration files of smart substations (hereinafter referred to as the control system). This document is applicable to the acceptance, operation and maintenance, and overhaul of new (modification and expansion) construction projects of smart substations, and serves as the basis for the design, construction, and application of the control system for configuration files.
