Scope
This standard specifies the dimensions of single cells, modules, and standard boxes for power batteries used in electric vehicles (hereinafter referred to as "batteries"). This standard applies to lithium-ion batteries and nickel metal hydride batteries installed in electric vehicles. Other types of batteries shall be implemented in accordance with this standard.
