Scope

This standard specifies the energy efficiency grade, energy efficiency limit values, energy-saving evaluation values, and testing methods and inspection rules for water dispensers for household and similar purposes (hereinafter referred to as water dispensers).
This standard applies to cold and hot water dispensers with a rated voltage not exceeding 250 V.
This standard does not apply to rapid-heating water dispensers with a rated power exceeding 4,000 W.
