Scope

This part of GB/T 22437 specifies the general methods for calculating various loads and the general principles for selecting load combinations, with the aim of verifying the bearing capacity of various types of crane metal structures and mechanical parts defined in GB/T 6974.1.
This method is based on rigid body dynamic analysis and elastic static analysis, but it also allows the use of more advanced (computational or experimental) methods that have been proven theoretically and practically to have the same effectiveness in estimating the effects of loads and load combinations and the values of dynamic load coefficients.
