Scope
This standard specifies the specific requirements for the establishment and implementation of a food safety management system in the catering industry, including human resources, prerequisite programs, key process control, inspection, product traceability, and recall.
This standard is used in conjunction with GB/T 22000 to apply to the establishment, implementation, and self-evaluation of the food safety management system in the catering industry, and is also applicable to the external evaluation and certification of the food safety management system of catering food providers.
When this standard is used for certification purposes, it should be used in conjunction with GB/T 22000. The correspondence between GB/T 22000 and this standard is shown in Appendix A.
