Scope

This document describes the determination methods for tetrachlorocarbon, 1,2-dichloroethane, 1,1,1-trichloroethane, vinyl chloride, 1,1-dichloroethylene, 1,2-dichloroethylene, trichloroethylene, tetrachloroethylene, benzo[a]pyrene, acrylamide, caprolactam, bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate, microcystins, acetonitrile, acrylonitrile, acrolein, epichlorohydrin, benzene, toluene, xylene, ethylbenzene, isopropylbenzene, chlorobenzene, 1,2-dichlorobenzene, 1,3-dichlorobenzene, 1,4-dichlorobenzene, trichlorobenzene, tetrachlorobenzene, nitrobenzene, trinitrotoluene, dinitrobenzene, nitrochlorobenzene, dinitrochlorobenzene, butadiene, styrene, triethylamine, aniline, carbon disulfide, hydrazine hydrate, turpentine, pyridine, picric acid, butyl xanthogenate, hexachlorobutadiene, diphenylamine, methyl chloride, 4-methylisopropylbenzene, dibenzene, meta-xylene, para-xylene, and perfluorooctanoic acid in drinking water. The determination methods include capillary column gas chromatography for tetrachlorocarbon and vinyl chloride, purge-trap gas chromatography for 1,1-dichloroethylene, and high-performance liquid chromatography for microcystins and acetonitrile.
