Scope
Scope: This standard specifies the definitions of relevant terms, selenium content indicators, testing methods, testing rules, and labeling requirements for selenium-enriched navel oranges. This standard applies to navel oranges produced and grown within Yudu County. Main technical contents: 1. Testing methods: The selenium content in selenium-enriched navel oranges shall be determined in accordance with the method specified in GB/T 5009.93, with the testing site being the fresh fruit flesh. 2. Testing rules: 2.1 General testing rules shall be implemented in accordance with GB/T 5490-2010 (General Rules for Grain and Oil Inspection). 2.2 Test batches shall be food products of the same type, origin, harvest period, processing batch, storage unit, and transportation unit. 2.3 Judging rules: In addition to judging according to relevant standards, the following shall also be implemented during testing: - If the selenium content in the test results meets the requirements in the table, it shall be judged as a selenium-enriched food product; - If the selenium content in the test results is lower than the lower limit requirement in the table, it shall be judged as a non-selenium-enriched food product. 3. Labeling and marking: 3.1 Labels shall comply with the provisions of GB/T7718-2011; Markings shall comply with the provisions of GB/T191-2016. 3.2 The product name (selenium-enriched navel oranges), the production unit, and the production date shall be marked in a conspicuous position on the front of the packaging. For selenium-enriched navel oranges without packaging, the selenium content shall be marked in a separate line in the product description. 3.3 The inner packaging materials shall comply with the provisions of relevant food packaging material safety standards; the outer packaging shall comply with the provisions of GB/T6543. 3.4 Transportation: 3.4.1 Transportation vehicles shall be kept clean and hygienic, and the products shall not be transported mixed with toxi
