Scope

This document describes the methods for determining the content of orthophosphate, total inorganic phosphate, and total phosphate in boiler water and cooling water: the ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry method and the continuous flow ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry method.
This document is applicable to the determination of the content of orthophosphate, total inorganic phosphate, and total phosphate in boiler water and cooling water. The measurement range of the ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry method is 0.05 mg/L to 50 mg/L (calculated as PO43-); the measurement range of the continuous flow ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry method is 0.1 mg/L to 50 mg/L (calculated as PO43-).
