本标准规定了法医生物物证检验中通过金标试剂条快速检验人前列腺特异性抗原（PSA）的检验原理、材料准备、操作方法、结果判定和检验中的注意事项。本标准适用于法庭科学检验中与性犯罪有关的人精液（斑）PSA，包括阴道、口腔、肛门、皮肤擦拭物以及卫生纸、衣物等可能粘附有人精液(斑)的所有生物检材。
