Scope

This standard specifies the hardwood cuttings, container seedling, field seedling, seedling removal from nurseries, packaging and transportation, and grafting of mountain willow cuttings for seedling production.
This standard is applicable to the Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province, Qinghai Province, Tibet Autonomous Region, and Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in the southwestern part of Gansu Province, as well as other high-altitude plateau areas where mountain willows are suitable for distribution, and can be used as a reference in these areas.
