This part of SB/T 10398 specifies the terms and definitions of second-hand goods and the second-hand goods industry, the classification of second-hand goods, the classification of second-hand goods quality, the methods of second-hand goods quality appraisal, the requirements for second-hand goods quality appraisal, and the requirements for second-hand goods quality assurance.
This part is applicable to the quality appraisal of second-hand living supplies and second-hand production materials in the second-hand goods industry.
This part is not applicable to the quality appraisal of special second-hand goods in the second-hand goods industry, including second-hand motor vehicles (ships) and collectible second-hand goods such as antiques, calligraphy and paintings, and handicrafts.
