Scope
This standard specifies the method for determining the transgenic components of plants using target sequence sequencing.
This standard is applicable to the qualitative detection of exogenous genes and transgenic strains in plants and their products. The lower limit of detection (LOD) for exogenous genes in this method is 0.1% (the copy number ratio between the exogenous gene and the internal standard gene).
