Scope
This standard specifies the basic safety requirements, management measures, technical measures, working procedures, and safety requirements for the preparation of test samples in high-voltage laboratories.
This standard applies to high-voltage laboratories (including high-voltage test halls and high-voltage outdoor test sites) and their staff. It also applies to high-voltage tests conducted on-site at substations and power plants that are established in accordance with the requirements of this standard.
