Scope
This regulation applies to the initial verification and subsequent verification of electronic (stationary) DC energy meters.
For energy meters with other functions, the same verification items shall be carried out in accordance with this regulation.
It does not apply to the verification of DC standard energy meters and the on-site verification of electronic DC energy meters (hereinafter referred to as energy meters).
