GB/T 1845.2-2006 Plastics—Polyethylene(PE) moulding and extrusion materials—Part 2:Preparation of test specimens and determination of properties
Basic Information
Scope
This part of GB/T 1845 specifies the methods for preparing samples and determining the performance of polyethylene (PE) molding and extrusion materials. It also stipulates the requirements for pretreating test materials and adjusting the state of samples before testing. This part specifies the methods and conditions for sample preparation and performance determination. It lists the appropriate and necessary performance characteristics and test methods for PE molding and extrusion materials. These performance characteristics are selected from the general test methods in GB/T 19467.1—2004. This part also stipulates other test methods widely used or of particular significance for molding and extrusion materials, as well as the determination methods for named performance in Part 1 of GB/T 1845.1—1999. In order to obtain reproducible and comparable test results, the methods for sample preparation and state adjustment specified in this part, as well as the prescribed sample sizes and test methods, should be used. Test data obtained from samples prepared under different conditions or using different sample sizes may be inconsistent.
