Scope
This specification applies to the calibration of temperature calibrators. Temperature calibrators can be equipped with thermistors or thermocouples to measure temperature, and can also simulate the output of thermistors, thermocouples, or process signals to calibrate secondary temperature instruments.
Temperature calibrators (hereinafter referred to as calibrators) can be part of a multi-functional calibrator.
