Scope

This standard specifies the definition, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation, and storage of bamboo charcoal for air purification.
This standard applies to bamboo charcoal used for purifying harmful gases such as formaldehyde, benzene, and total volatile organic gases (TVOC) in the air. This standard does not apply to bamboo charcoal that has undergone special processing, such as various modified bamboo charcoals.
