This standard specifies the diagnostic technical requirements for the etiological examination, polymerase chain reaction (PCR), complement fixation test, and competitive ELISA (C-ELISA) test of bovine contagious pleuropneumonia. The etiological examination and PCR are suitable for the pathogen diagnosis of acute, subacute, and chronic bovine diseases, while the complement fixation test and competitive ELISA (C-ELISA) test are suitable for the antibody detection of bovine contagious pleuropneumonia-infected cattle.
This standard is applicable to the diagnosis of bovine contagious pleuropneumonia in ports, production areas, distribution centers, farming enterprises, or farmers.
