Scope
This document specifies the general requirements, evaluation indicators, and acquisition methods for the post-evaluation of the combined frequency regulation project of thermal and electrical energy storage systems, as well as the comprehensive evaluation method. This document is applicable to the post-evaluation of the application of electrochemical energy storage systems assisting thermal power units in providing secondary frequency regulation for the power grid, where the rated power of the electrochemical energy storage system is 1 MW or above and the rated energy is not less than 250 kW·h.
