Scope
In order to standardize the construction of highways in Anhui Province, promote the standardization, normalization, and refinement of construction management, strengthen the management of construction sites, create civilized and standardized construction sites, eliminate safety hazards, and ensure construction quality, these guidelines are hereby formulated. These guidelines are applicable to new, renovated, and expanded highways in Anhui Province. Projects of first-class highways and other grade highways may refer to and implement them accordingly.
