Scope

This document specifies the measurement and evaluation methods and criteria for vibration assessment of axial-flow turbine generator units in hydroelectric power plants. This document is applicable to the vibration assessment of axial-flow turbine generator units in hydroelectric power plants with a single-machine capacity of 50 MW or more under normal (steady state) operating conditions.
